These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 77evo ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual ("User", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise engages with services provided at 77evo.cam. The 77evo platform offers information and interactive features relating to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, esports markets, account management, and related entertainment services primarily directed at adult users in Malaysia.

Each user is permitted to hold one active account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials including username and password. 77evo will never request your password through email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through a user's account is presumed to be authorised by that user unless 77evo is promptly notified in writing of an unauthorised access event.

Users must notify 77evo immediately if they suspect:

• Unauthorised access to their account;
• Loss or theft of login credentials;
• Any suspicious transaction or balance discrepancy.

77evo recommends that users enable any available two-factor authentication and regularly update their passwords. Accounts suspected of compromise may be temporarily suspended to protect the user's funds pending investigation.

All deposits on 77evo are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through Eligible Payment Methods. Users must ensure that the payment method used belongs to them and is registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be reversed with associated costs deducted.

Accepted deposit channels include but are not limited to:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay;
• DuitNow and FPX through major Malaysian banks (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong);
• Credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), subject to issuer approval;
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT) where available, with network fees borne by the user.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits may vary based on the payment method, account tier, and current verification status. 77evo does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the account holder's legal name.

Deposits are credited to the user's account following confirmation from the respective payment provider. 77evo is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank maintenance windows, or network conditions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Users who have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests held pending documentary review. Typically requested documents include a copy of a valid Malaysian government-issued identity card (MyKad) or passport, and recent proof of address.

Estimated processing windows by method:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes following approval;
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer: typically 5–15 minutes following approval;
• Direct bank wire: typically 15–60 minutes following approval.

These are estimated ranges and are not guaranteed. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, bank maintenance windows, or where additional security checks are required. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts or payment methods not used during the deposit process may be declined.

77evo reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms pending investigation. Users will be informed of any hold in a timely manner.

77evo offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum withdrawal caps, and expiry dates. The general principles below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotional page states otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to verified users aged 21 and above only;
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per user, household, IP address, or device unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled entirely before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;

• Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data belonging to other users;

• Opening an account on behalf of another person, including a minor.

Violations of these conduct standards may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, modification, distribution, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without express written consent from 77evo.

The 77evo brand name, logo, and related trademarks remain the exclusive property of 77evo. Unauthorised use of the brand identity in any context is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77evo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

77evo does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 77evo takes reasonable steps to ensure service reliability, planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.

77evo is not responsible for losses arising from: force majeure events; failures in third-party payment processing; delays caused by Malaysian bank systems or e-wallet providers; or user decisions made based on incomplete reading of these Terms or game rules.

77evo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected;
• Account information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete;
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder;
• A court order or regulatory directive requires account restriction;
• The user is identified as being under the age of 21.

Upon account closure, any outstanding balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus-related forfeitures and processing fees will be returned to the user's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

77evo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not agree with proposed changes should discontinue use and request account closure before the amendments come into effect.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operation of the 77evo platform. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
